A perfect day to end the trout season. Une journée parfaite pour finir la saison

[EN] I have to admit, it has been a tremendous trout season! And there is no better way for me to end this great season than to visit several of my favourite river stretches in Upstate NY with my friend Francis...WE HAD A BLAST!!...I enjoyed the jokes, the fantastic weather, a succulent shore lunch and some beautiful trouts....it has been a perfect day to end the trout season!! I have included a few photos of this great day in the Adirondacks.
At the time I am writing this post, we have already progressed well into the month of October and the #5 rod is stored for at least 7 months. It is time to prepare the salmon and steelhead gear....

[FR] Je dois l'avouer, cette saison de pêche à la truite a été exceptionnelle! Et il n'y a pas de plus agréable façon pour moi de finir cette saison que de visiter plusieurs de mes tronçons de rivière préférés dans l'État de NY avec mon ami Francis...ON A VRAIMENT EU UNE SUPER JOURNÉE!!....j'ai adoré les blagues, le temps superbe, le repas savoureux au bord de la rivière ainsi que les truites magnifiques....ça a vraiment été une journée parfaite pour finir la saison à la truite!! Voici quelques photos de cette superbe journée dans les Adirondacks.
Au moment ou j'écris ce billet, le mois d'octobre est déjà bien avancé et la canne #5 est remisée pour une période d'au moins 7 mois. Il est temps de préparer le matériel de pêche au saumon et à la steelhead....
